DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Hawaii has a 4.712% General Excise Tax for retail sales delivered to any location in the state of Hawaii.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT-OF-STOCK?
We make every attempt to ensure that our items are stocked and ready for delivery. However, occasionally we may be out-of-stock at the time of order placement. If an item is out-of-stock when your order is processed, our customer service representative will contact you either by email or telephone. You can choose to substitute the out-of-stock item with another item or choose to be refunded. Your credit card will only be billed for the items that are shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please contact our Customer Service Department either by email or telephone regarding all returns. All returns must be returned in the original selling condition with all tags attached within 14 days. Please report all manufacturer’s defects and / or damages to us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Failure to report any discrepancies and / or damages within 48 hours will constitute acceptance of the order. Please retain all parts and original packaging.
All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization Number” (RA#) which is issued by our Customer Service Department. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
